UK Shipping Suspended
Due to Brexit we have suspended shipping to the United Kingdom in the short term. Please do not place orders at this time.
The Carpentry Store delivers to the 32 counties of Ireland and the mainland of the United Kingdom. Please note we do not ship machinery, power tools or any liquid items outside of the 32 counties of Ireland. We aim to dispatch all orders next day but with a maximum of 7 working days of receipt of your order. In the event that this is not possible we will be in contact with you.
Delivery charges for Ireland:
All items under 30kg will incur a delivery charge of €6.50. Over 30kg will be incur a pallet charge.
Pallet Size Delivery will incur a delivery charge of €65.00.
Delivery charges for the mainland of the United Kingdom.
All orders up to 30kg will incur a delivery charge of €15.00.
Pallet Size Deliveries will be on application only.
Click & Collect
We offer FREE Click & Collect. This allows you to order and pay for an item online and collect it from our store at Unit D4, M7 Business Park, Newhall, Naas, Co. Kildare W91 XH68, just off junction 10 on the M7 motorway. We aim to have your order ready within 2 hours, subject to opening hours, order volumes and time order is placed. We will contact you if there is a delay processing your order.
You will receive two email notifications:
• The first will let you know the store has received your order and is processing your order
• The second will confirm that your order is ready for collection.
Before calling to the store to collect your item, please check the store opening hours to ensure the store will be open when you arrive.
When you are ready to collect your order, please bring your order confirmation email to the store along with the credit/debit card used to order the item online and photo ID. The email can be printed or presented on a smartphone.
Your order will be held and available for 14 days following the date of order. We cannot hold orders longer than this. Once this time expires your order will be cancelled.
Please do not travel to the store until you have received your ‘ready to collect’ email.
Further information
All orders up to 30kg in weight will be dispatched to you using DPD couriers. Tracking numbers will be available. Pallet delivery will be dispatched via other carriers depending on your location. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to have a forklift available where necessary to unload pallet deliveries.
Please ensure the information you submit contains your full delivery address and your landline and mobile numbers. When your order is dispatched you will be notified by email or phone call.
All deliveries will be during normal working hours Monday – Friday excluding Bank and Public Holidays.
In some cases it may be necessary to contact you regarding your order to discuss delivery of certain items and we may need to give you a separate quote. We will endeavor to highlight these items.
